Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and experienced Admission Counsellor to manage and drive our student admissions process. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in school admissions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with parents and guardians to convey the school’s vision, strengths, and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end admission enquiries (in-person, phone, and digital).

Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

Counsel prospective parents with a deep understanding of the school’s academic programs, extracurricular offerings, infrastructure, and value system.

Coordinate school tours and ensure a positive visitor experience.

Maintain and update admission records, enquiry databases, and CRM tools.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support admission drives and campaigns.

Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students.

Generate weekly/monthly reports on admissions pipeline and conversions.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all parent interactions.

Support parent orientation and induction programs.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputed K–12 school.

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. A degree in Marketing, Communication, or Education is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM/admission software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pleasing personality and empathetic approach while dealing with parents and children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
