Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to be based on-site in Jaipur. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed program information, advising on available educational opportunities, and assisting with enrollment procedures. Additional tasks include maintaining effective communication with potential and existing students, responding to inquiries, and closely collaborating with internal departments to support institutional goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively deliver information
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries and ensure student satisfaction
• Knowledge of Sales techniques and experience in engaging potential candidates effectively
• Understanding of Education and training processes to guide and motivate students efficiently
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
