Admissions Counselor

As an Admission Counselor at our educational institution located in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollments and guiding prospective students through the admission process. Your primary responsibility will be to meet monthly sales targets while assisting students in finding the educational path that suits them best. Your key responsibilities will include sales and enrollment tasks such as achieving enrollment targets, engaging with prospective students through calls and emails, and providing detailed information about courses and admission requirements. Utilizing consultative sales techniques, you will understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs during one-on-one counseling sessions. In addition to sales, you will also focus on lead generation and conversion by engaging with leads from various channels, following up promptly to maximize conversion rates, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Building strong relationships with potential students and providing exceptional customer service are essential aspects of this role to encourage enrollment and foster trust. To excel in this position, you should have 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment, a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are necessary, along with proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
