Ø Coordination with Schools, coaching Institutes, educational institutes on PAN India basis for associating University in different seminars, events and Education Fairs.

Ø Managing networking & Liaison with consultants, placement agencies, coaching institutes for sharing crucial data and partnership agreements.

Ø To develop education consultants network at national & regional level who can do promotional activities on behalf of the university and eventually get admissions for various programs offered by the university.

Ø Generating Database through Schools, Colleges, Coaching Institutes and other sources.

Ø Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of students for the University.

Ø Sourcing the potential markets from different channels and determine potential candidates.

Ø Lead generation, distribution, follow up along with teamwork and self-contribution towards national/international recruitment of students.

Ø To screen the cities & design the tour plan for execution.

Ø Managing & using the available target students’ data effectively so as to convert the prospects into enquiries and enquiries into admissions.

Ø Responsible for all activities related to admission of students, starting from counseling till final admission.

Ø Managing team admission counselors and tele-callers and responsible for their performance in achieving monthly, quarterly targets of admission.

Ø Responsible for assisting senior management in planning and executing Branding, Corporate Communication & Marketing.

Ø Identify market areas with maximum footfall to conduct promotional activities to enhance public awareness, brand promotion & lead generation of prospective students.

Ø Preparing and updating of various trackers and databases including updating of CRM on daily basis

Ø Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports.

Skill Set / Requirements:

Ø Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with University or College is must.

Ø Master’s or equivalent degree in Marketing.

Ø Necessary skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines. 

Ø Knowledge of Budget Preparation for Admission process will be an added advantage.

Ø Travelling to anywhere in India is mandatory.

Ø Travelling to RNBGU Campus wrt campus counselling / admission related activities.

Ø Listening skills.

Ø Effective speaker to communicate ideas and capture interest of intended audience.

Ø Proactive in communicating with students, parents etc.

Ø Patience and a calm manner.

Ø Ability to relate to a wide range of people.
