Admission Manager

The Admission Manager with the end-to-end admission process of the school, ensuring smooth communication with prospective parents and students, achieving enrollment targets, and enhancing the school’s brand image. The role requires strategic planning, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a small admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Analyze admission trends and recommend improvements in processes.
• Student Recruitment & Lead Management:
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and campus visits.
• Conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective parents.
• Follow up and guide parents through the admission process.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the admissions team to meet targets.
• Provide training on effective communication, lead conversion, and customer service.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective parents.
• Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
• Prepare periodic reports on leads, conversions, and enrollment statistics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, or relevant field; Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience in school admissions or related sales/enrollment roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admissions/CRM software.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
