Job Description

We re looking for an experienced Admission Manager to boost our global student enrollment. If you love achieving and exceeding goals, this high-impact role is for you!

What you ll do: You will manage the entire international admissions journey, from finding leads to final enrollment.

Lead the Process: Find and engage international students and consultants.
Advise and Sell: Help students choose the right programmes, explain the value of our University, and guide applications forward.
Manage Applications: Ensure applications and documents are submitted correctly and on time, working closely with our internal teams.
Hit Targets: Consistently meet and beat monthly enrollment and revenue goals.

What you need:

A Bachelor s degree with 3+ years of dedicated experience in International Admissions.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Excellent communication, strong sales skills, and experience using a CRM system.
Knowledge of visa regulations and documentation for international students.
Ability to work independently and manage a large pipeline of applicants.
