Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to introduce and expand our food products in the market. Build and manage a high-performing sales team (recruitment, training, and supervision). Market Penetration & Revenue Growth. Identify new business opportunities, retail channels, distributors, and institutional buyers. Set sales targets and monitor team performance to achieve company goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients. Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit terms. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Food Technology (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or Food Industry.
