Job Description: Admission Executive

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Admission Executive to manage the complete student intake process. This pivotal role serves as the primary liaison for prospective students and their families, ensuring a seamless, positive, and professional experience from the initial inquiry stage through to successful enrolment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Prospective Student Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries received via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.

Application Management

  • Process, verify, and track application forms and supporting documents.
  • Maintain organized, complete, and accurate records to support efficient workflow and timely decision-making.

Enrolment Support

  • Offer personalized assistance to applicants throughout the admissions and enrolment journey.
  • Address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth transition for incoming students.

Outreach & Event Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in institutional events such as open houses, information sessions, orientations, and education fairs.
  • Represent the institution professionally across all outreach and promotional activities.

Data Integrity & Analysis

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate applicant information in the CRM system.
  • Generate and interpret reports to track admissions performance and identify enrolment patterns.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all admissions activities adhere to institutional guidelines and relevant educational regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team on outreach plans and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to support the needs of prospective and newly admitted students.

Continuous Improvement

  • Collect feedback from applicants and enrolled students to identify opportunities for improving the admissions and onboarding process.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce background is an added advantage).

Experience

  • Prior experience in student admissions or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Freshers with the required skills are welcome to apply.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam is highly desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
