Job Description

Job Title: Admission Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admission Executive to oversee the student admission process and serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of our institution while ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Student Inquiries & Communication

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding courses, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

Application Processing

  • Review, verify, and process admission applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Track and manage essential documents, including academic transcripts and test scores.

Admission Guidance & Support

  • Assist applicants throughout all stages of the admission process.
  • Address queries promptly to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and organize admission-related events such as open houses, campus visits, and webinars.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs and recruitment events.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated applicant records using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to monitor admission progress and trends.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and admission regulations.
  • Stay informed on changes within the education sector and update processes accordingly.

Collaboration & Improvement

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective student recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to address program-specific inquiries.
  • Collect feedback from applicants to continuously improve the admission experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is an advantage.
