Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a Junior Admission Counselor to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, achieving targets, and contributing to our organization’s growth. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in achieving set targets within the education or recruitment sector. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong skills in phone communication, capable of engaging students and providing them with necessary information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews to assess the needs and fit of prospective students within our programs.
• Proficient in email correspondence, with the ability to manage queries and follow up with prospective students in a timely manner.
• Competence in general counseling, offering support and understanding throughout the admission process.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.

• Provide comprehensive counseling services to prospective students regarding educational programs and enrollment procedures.
• Achieve and exceed designated sales targets through various means of outreach and engagement with prospective students.

• Participate in and contribute to school fairs, open houses, and other events to promote the institution.
