Admission Counselor

BuildUp Bootcamp is India’s 1st Pre-Employment Corporate Training Program that bridges the gap between college learning and IT industry requirements. Students here work on live client projects, attend mock interviews, improve communication & personality skills, and directly connect with employers — making them industry-ready software developers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Female Admission Counsellor who will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process at BuildUp Bootcamp. This role involves handling student inquiries, counselling them about the program, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective students and explain program details clearly.
• Guide students through the admission and registration process.
• Maintain admission records and follow-up on leads.
• Support in outreach activities along with the Student Coordinator.
• Report admission progress and insights to management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Prior experience in counselling/admission will be an advantage.
• Female candidates only.
