Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in education are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities : Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs and courses. Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. Provide information on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and course details. Follow up with students and parents regarding inquiries and admissions. Help students identify their strengths and guide them towards suitable academic programs. Maintain student records and track their progress from inquiry to enrolment. Participate in events such as education fairs, webinars, and school visits to promote programs. Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in any field (education background is a plus). Experience in counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Ability to engage with students and parents and build rapport. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team and meet enrolment targets.
