Admission Counselor

As an Admission Officer- Sales & Marketing, your role involves generating admissions through various marketing activities and ensuring a delightful customer experience. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting Above the Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities like seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots to generate admissions. - Meeting principals, coordinators & management personnel during school visits to contribute towards set targets for business development. - Providing a pleasant customer experience during home visits to counsel students and parents and close admissions. - Liaising with local tuition teachers to capitalize on business opportunities. - Ensuring adherence to internal processes and compliances. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess: - Ability to handle customers empathetically and patiently. - Strong sales persuasion skills. - Excellent networking and presentation skills for conducting seminars. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email writing, and comfort with sales & service-related software. - Fluency in English and Regional Language. - Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking. Desirable Attitudes: - Customer Orientation. - Sense of Ownership and Accountability. - Result orientation. - Emotional intelligence for effective teamwork. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree. - Preferred: BTech / MBA / Masters in Psychology, Education, etc. Experience: - Previous experience in education or careers counselling. - Previous experience in Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
