Admission Counselor

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counselor to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach prospective students.
• Counsel students on courses, career pathways, and program benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication until conversion.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.
• Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional events.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admission counseling, admissions, or EdTech sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of counseling techniques and CRM tools.
• Persuasive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
