SkilledUp is a fast-growing EdTech institute focused on Data Analytics, Data Science & Generative AI career programs. We’re looking for Career Counsellors who can guide students, build trust, and convert career aspirations into enrollments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students & working professionals via calls, WhatsApp & in-person sessions
Understand career goals and recommend the right SkilledUp program
Handle inbound leads and regular follow-ups
Explain course curriculum, career outcomes & placement support clearly
Convert counselling sessions into enrollments
Maintain lead and student data (CRM/Excel)
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Confidence in counselling & sales conversations
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
EdTech or sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
Target-driven mindset
