Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Engage with potential learners to understand their career aspirations and learning needs
• Present, promote, and counsel candidates about skilledUp’s Data Science & Analytics programs
• Manage lead follow-ups and drive conversions to meet enrollment goals
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the learner experience
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and performance targets
