Responsibilities: Proven experience in the E-Learning Industry is Mandatory. Providing counseling sessions to advise the student and their parents about their learning needs. Scheduling appointments and conducting online demo sessions daily including follow-up sessions. Understanding customer profiles & problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods. Creating the need for smart learning and advising student-parents to subscribe to solutions. Handling objections and negotiating prices to generate revenue. Continuously upgrading product knowledge and skills to exceed the growing target. Close and achieve weekly and monthly revenue. Build a strong pipeline and should be consistent. Perform effective online and offline demos to prospect Requirements: Track record of over-achieving targets. Knowledge in E-Learning from K -12 to working professional courses. Experience working with tools - CRM Excellent English verbal and written communications skills You have an understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior. You are enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly to achieve and exceed business targets. You thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment. You have outstanding communication skills in English and the regional language to interact with the target pool of clients You are confident and have strong presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Open to 6 days of working.
