Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with parents and students from international markets, booking demo classes, and converting them into full admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work across different time zones. Key Responsibilities · Make outbound calls and follow up on leads and inquiries from international markets. · Book demo or trial classes by effectively communicating the value of our tutoring programs. · Conduct follow-ups with parents and students post-demo to drive conversions. · Understand student needs and recommend appropriate subjects, learning plans, or packages. · Maintain professional, high-quality communication with parents and guardians. · Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for demo bookings and admissions. · Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth class execution. · Keep accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system. · Handle objections effectively with a solution-oriented approach. · Work comfortably across different time zones (e.g., US, UK, Australia, Singapore).   Requirements · 6 months – 3 years of experience in tele-counseling, telesales, or academic sales (preferably in EdTech or online education). · Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. · Strong rapport-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills. · Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and MS Office. · Flexibility to work shifts aligned with international markets. · Self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player. Working Hours · Flexible with shifts across US, UK, Australia, and Singapore time zones. · 9-hour shift.
