Admission Counsellor

Role Overview: As an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor, your main responsibility will be to guide prospective students through the admission process and promote the institution's programs. You will engage with prospective students and parents, provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities, and assist students in completing admission forms and documentation. Additionally, you will organize and participate in admission-related events, follow up with leads and inquiries, maintain accurate records of admissions and applicant data, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student enrollment. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities. - Assist students in completing admission forms and documentation. - Organize and participate in admission-related events, including open houses and webinars. - Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Maintain accurate records of admissions and applicant data. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student enrollment. Qualification Required: - Language fluency in English and Tamil is required, and Malayalam will be an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong interpersonal and sales skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets. - Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
