The Counsellor is responsible for providing emotional, psychological, academic, or career guidance to individuals or groups. The role involves assessing client needs, delivering counseling sessions, developing personalized plans, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting overall well-being and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Certification or license in counseling (depending on region).
• Training in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, REBT, or career assessments (optional but preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and active listening ability.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Professional ethics and ability to handle sensitive information.

Experience

• 1–3 years of counseling experience preferred (can be adjusted).
• Experience in educational institutions / corporate wellness / clinics depending on the role
