Roles & Responsibilitie

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs.

• Convert potential leads into successful admissions through effective communication.

• Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.

• Conduct telephonic/video counselling sessions with families.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales & admissions targets.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

• Maintain and update CRM records for all interactions.

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize admissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in academic counselling / EdTech sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to build trust and handle objections effectively.

• Target-driven, with proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with online tools, MS Office, and CRM systems.
