Summary

:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to guide and support prospective students throughout the admission process. The counsellor will be responsible for generating leads, providing information about courses/programs, counseling students and parents, and ensuring smooth admission closures.

Key Responsibilities

:Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups on inquiries.Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling.Maintain records of student interactions and admission status in CRM/Excel.Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, or admission events.Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets set by the management.

Requirements

:Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/MBA preferred).0–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor / Academic Counsellor / Student Advisor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and CRM tools is a plus.
