Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Surat. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with comprehensive information on various courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic future. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries, building strong relationships with students and parents, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to enrollment goals through active engagement and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effectively liaising with potential students and their families.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building to provide a high-quality admission experience.
• Sales and persuasion skills to promote enrollment in courses and meet admission targets.
• Experience in the Education domain or student counseling is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional, supportive approach.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas to improve the admission process.
