Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Surat. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling admission inquiries, providing detailed information about courses, assisting prospective students with the application process, and maintaining communication with students and parents. Additional responsibilities include supporting the admission team, participating in promotional activities, and representing the school at events and fairs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education or familiarity with educational institutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Previous experience in admissions or educational counseling is a plus
