Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. You will focus on new business development, lead generation, effective communication, and fulfilling admissions requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and generate qualified leads.
• Manage communication with prospects, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Consistently achieve sales and admissions targets.
• Leverage interpersonal and networking skills to expand reach.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales (education industry preferred, not mandatory)
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• No fieldwork; role is focused on inside sales and admissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
