About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or student counseling. The role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and converting leads into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a goal-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about CCA's educational programs

• Understand student needs, provide personalized guidance, and recommend suitable

• Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in the CRM system.

• Build strong relationships with students and their families to ensure trust and confidence.

• Achieve monthly enrollment targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in the EdTech sector).

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to guide and influence prospective students effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach.
