Key Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience
• Expertise in objection handling
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about student counselling & admissions

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries & follow up on leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins

Guide and counsel students & parents about courses, eligibility criteria, and career prospects

Convert potential leads into successful admissions through regular follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and the application process

Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process (from inquiry to enrollment)
