Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing information and support about our educational programs. Responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, answering inquiries, guiding applicants through enrollment, and maintaining accurate records. The counsellor will also collaborate with the sales and education teams to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Background in Education is beneficial
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
