Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about course offerings, and assisting with enrollment. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting informational sessions, maintaining records, and working closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet admission targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education or experience in an educational setting
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
