Key Responsibilities

• Admissions Guidance:

  Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the schools programs, admission criteria, and processes to prospective parents and students.

• Application Support:

  Assist parents in completing application forms and collecting all required documents.

• Inquiry Management:

  Handle admission-related inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.

• Interviews & Assessments:

  Schedule and conduct student interviews to assess eligibility and suitability.

• Application Process Management:

  Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within defined timelines.

• Marketing & Outreach:

  Support and participate in school outreach initiatives, open houses, orientation programs, and promotional events.

• Data & Record Management:

  Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions using the school’s CRM system.

• Reporting & Administrative Support:

  Prepare regular admission reports, track progress, and share insights to improve admission outcomes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or sales, preferably within an educational institution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Good understanding of school programs and admission procedures.
