About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in helping students realize their dreams of studying in top global universities across countries like the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, and France.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through their overseas education options by understanding their academic profile and career goals.
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, and programs abroad.
• Help students build compelling application profiles including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.
• Advise students on budgeting, anticipated expenses, and financial planning for their overseas education.
• Meet monthly and intake-specific counselling targets.
• Provide expert advice on application procedures, university requirements, and visa processes.
• Conduct webinars and information sessions to keep students informed about international education trends.
• Collaborate with universities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission guidelines.
• Support students throughout the admission process, including follow-up and pre-departure preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in study abroad counselling.
• Proven experience counselling students for countries including the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, and France.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics related to student metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work under targets with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
