Key Responsibilities:

Engage Prospects: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential learners to understand their academic background, career goals, and personal motivations.
Personalized Guidance: Recommend suitable courses and certifications that align with individual career paths and aspiration.
Admissions Support: Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the admissions process via phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Program Expertise: Clearly communicate program details, including curriculum, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the admissions funnel.
Target Achievement: Contribute to enrollment growth by meeting or exceeding monthly student conversion targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in EdTech or counseling preferred
