Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and live chat to understand their academic goals and interests.
Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable UG/PG programs that align with their aspirations and academic readiness.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the admissions lifecycle from initial inquiry and application to enrollment confirmation ensuring a professional and student-centric experience.
Clearly communicate all relevant details regarding program structure, curriculum, tuition fees, financial aid, scholarships, and key application timelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions using CRM tools. Monitor progress, plan follow-ups, and support targeted outreach campaigns.
Work collaboratively to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting qualified leads into confirmed admissions through structured follow-up and personalized counseling.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
0–2 years of relevant experience in admissions counseling, academic advising, student support services, or educational sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to explain academic pathways in a clear and professional manner
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with students and their families
