Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents about the institute’s courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects. Convert leads and inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and persuasive communication. Handle objections professionally and resolve queries to ensure smooth enrollment. Maintain and update daily reports of calls, inquiries, and admissions. Meet or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage referrals and retention. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional events. Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and open-house sessions to represent the institution. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all academic programs and training modules offered. Provide feedback to management on student needs, trends, and market demands. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Education, or Business Management). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to handle objections and close admissions effectively. Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping students. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
