Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Experience:

    16 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service preferably in an educational institution.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
  • Computer Skills:

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with school ERP or CRM systems.
