Job Description

Make outbound calls to students. Maintain a database and provide accurate information about courses. Generate leads or close sales. achieve taregt given by the organziation. Build and maintain relationships with students. Schedule appointments and follow up with students. Handle students inquiries and counsel them about the courses. Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets targets and objectives. Manage students inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of students satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
