Job Description

Job Title:

CTC: Maximum gross up to 12 LPA

Gender: Female candidates will be preferred.

Admission Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with admission counsellors across all schools in the group.
Ensure systematic follow-up of all leads to maximize conversions.
Monitor and manage the entire lead funnel to ensure no lead is lost.
Track, review, and report the status of leads and conversions regularly.
Guide and support counsellors in handling parent enquiries and follow-ups.
Standardize the admission process across schools for efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain detailed records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and feedback.
Report to senior management on admission status and performance metrics.
Conduct regular training and review meetings with admission counsellors.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in school admissions, preferably in a coordinator or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Fluency in
South Indian languages

Tamil
is mandatory;
Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
is an added advantage.
HINDI SPEAKING ADDED ADVANTAGE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with data, CRM systems, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel between schools in TN when required.
