The Academic Counsellor at KIET plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting prospective students and parents through the admission journey. The counsellor will provide academic and career guidance, promote KIETs existing and newly introduced programs, and help students make informed decisions that align with their aspirations.
1. Student Counselling & Admission Support
2. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain and update inquiry and admission databases.
• Prepare periodic reports on lead follow-up, conversion ratio, and student feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and student satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing ability and empathetic attitude
• Good understanding of academic programs, especially in Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
Qualification & Experience:
• 2 years of relevant experience
