Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on courses, careers, and university options (Indian & international).
Conduct individual/group counselling sessions to understand interests, goals, and aptitude.
Coordinate with university delegates for visits, presentations, and information sharing.
Mentor students and respond to queries related to admissions and career decisions.
Assist with application and admission processes, documentation, and deadlines.
Share relevant resources: exams, scholarships, programs, and career opportunities.
Stay updated on education trends and job market changes.
Participate in school events, orientations, and career fairs.

Eligibility & Experience

Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or related fields.
25 years of experience in career counselling, university admissions, or student advisory roles (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional certification in Career Counseling would be an advantage
