Job Description: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in documentation, wage processing, email correspondence, and various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Organise, maintain, and update company records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Wage Processing: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring it is timely and accurate.
• Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to incoming emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing timely responses to external and internal stakeholders.
• Data Entry: Input and update information in company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience :

• 1 year experience in an Administrator role.
