Rate including mark up - 140 K/M Location - Bang/Pune/Hyd Deliver NoPerformance ParameterMeasure1.100% adherence to SLA/ timelines Multiple cases of red time Zero customer escalation Client appreciation emails Mandatory Skills: Servicenow-Development.
