Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency across departments. This includes coordinating and implementing effective systems and processes to enhance productivity and workflow. You will also track and follow up on key action items from meetings to ensure timely completion. Your role will involve preparing, editing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy. Additionally, you will be expected to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, safeguarding sensitive documents and maintaining data security. Furthermore, you will be tasked with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-coordinated. This includes preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points. You will also provide general administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team and support various departments with administrative and operational tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or Operations Coordinator. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively. - High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
