Administrative & Operations Coordinator

The Administrative & Operations Coordinator at Vaighai Agro Products Limited will play a key role in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency across departments. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective systems and processes to enhance productivity and workflow. Your duties will include tracking and following up on key action items from meetings, preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. As the Administrative & Operations Coordinator, you will also be in charge of organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-coordinated. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to the leadership team and various departments as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or Operations Coordinator. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. You should be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
