Role Overview: You will be joining the Administration team at CARS24, a company that is transforming the car buying, selling, and ownership experience in India. As an Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing administrative functions across multiple supply locations in the country. Your responsibilities will include building and streamlining processes, overseeing operations in different zones, leading teams, managing vendors, and driving expansion through extensive travel. Key Responsibilities: - Build and streamline admin processes for new locations and enhance existing workflows for efficiency and compliance. - Oversee day-to-day admin activities across multiple zones to ensure smooth functioning, infrastructure upkeep, and adherence to company standards. - Manage the pan-India admin team, fostering accountability, tracking performance, and promoting cross-location coordination. - Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors for facility, maintenance, and consumable services, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality. - Travel extensively to support new setups, handle escalations, and collaborate with internal teams, landlords, and authorities for rapid expansion. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in process creation, SOP development, and facility management. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across different locations effectively. - Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and optimizing service delivery. - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, demonstrating organizational and decision-making capabilities. - Excellent communication skills and readiness to travel extensively across India.,
