Communication & Coordination ✉ Draft and manage professional emails 📞 Client/customer follow-up and communication 📩 Handle abandoned cart messages & COD confirmations 🚚 Track orders and manage dispatches 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams 🛒 2. E-commerce Platform Management 🛍 Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & Shopify orders 📇 Monitor IndiaMart leads and coordinate with prospects 🗂 3. Operations & Office Admin 🧾 Process invoices & track payments 🖋 Order and manage stationery/office supplies 📎 Assist in daily administrative operations 💻 4.
