Job Description

Regulatory compliance and change management
Manage the employee lifecycle Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across different countries or in Brazil.
Serve as a primary contact Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR related matters through various channels like email and ticketing systems
Process HR transactions Accurately complete and manage employee data changes, such as hires, job change and terminations, within HRIS like Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMs
Ensure data integrity and compliance Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring adherence to global HR policies and local labor laws
Collaborate with stakeholders Work closely with other HR functions like COE, Payroll and Talent Acquisition and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Support audits and reporting Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance

Experience Required :

Lead HR operations for multiple branches/regions
Experience in HR operations, HR shared services or an employee services function preferably within a global organization
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors or iCIMS
Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures
Proficient in MS excel for managing large data
Familiarity with legal and statutory requirement in Brazil and other countries

2-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.

Experience Required: • Exposure to global compensation structures or multinational C&B practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compensation structures, salary bands, and job grading systems.
