Company Description STUDIO EMERGENCE is a design studio founded by architects Seeja Sudhakaran and Khushbu Davda, specializing in algorithmic and parametric design strategies. The studio collaborates with designers and artists globally, offering parametric consultancy to architecture firms and data-driven design solutions to end users. They also create installations and products based on parametric design, inspired by nature and biomimicry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at STUDIO EMERGENCE. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, communication within the team, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills. The role is located in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Clerical Skills proficiency Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in a design or creative industry is a plus Knowledge of parametric design concepts is a bonus Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Excellent organizational and time management skills Show more Show less
