Major activities

Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, including leave management.

HR Coordination: Collaborate with HR for seamless execution of administrative and HR-related functions.

Employee Welfare: Implement employee welfare programs and initiatives.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to attendance, leave, and other administrative matters.

Communication Handling: Handle internal and external communications and inquiries.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for necessary administrative supplies and services.

Event Planning: Plan and coordinate internal events and activities.

Documentation Support: Provide support in maintaining and organizing various documents.

Training and Development Coordination: Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees.

Manpower Planning Assistance: Support HR in manpower planning and coordination.

General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by HR.

Employee Grievance Handling: Assist in handling employee grievances and coordinating with HR for resolutions.

Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations.

Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and managing the budget for administrative activities.

Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary documentation for HR-related processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
