Qualification Job Purpose Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate Relevant Experience 0-7 years of experience in Hostel Management Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and updating Attendance book. Responsible to maintain the Discipline and decorum of the hostel and its premises. Responsible for collecting food coupons from HR department and distributing the same to Hostel staff. Responsible for ordering the food and beverages for the staff and maintaining the records of the same. Responsible for maintaining the records of out going pass issued to staff and visitors book. Responsible for keeping track of the duty timings of hostel staff. Responsible to indent materials from the stores. Responsible for maintaining the account of Indent received, garbage, cable, water tanker. To take action on the complaints of staff and make the record of the same Responsible for maintenance of the Hostel building. Responsible to check the electric bills and Coffee tea bill. To go for rounds and ensure the Hygiene of the premises and ensuring the optimum utilization of electricity and other recourses. Responsible for preparing list of T V Channels. Responsible for getting pest control sprayed every month. Responsible for maintaining the documents of new staff and vacating staff. Responsible for collecting the Hostel staffs scrub suit if any and handing over to Lenin department. Responsible to report to the higher authority in case of any incident or issue with respect to hostel. Requirements And Skills Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. Compassionate with good communication skills.
