• End-to-end recruitment coordination

• Leave and attendance management
• HR documentation and compliance
• Coordination with various departments for HR processes
• General HR operational support

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Prior experience in HR preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must

• Strong communication and organizational skills

2. Admin Assistant (Dean’s Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Dean’s office
• Manage departmental records, correspondence, and scheduling
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, drafts, and official documents
• Maintain office supplies and logistics
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in university/academic administration preferred

• Strong MS Excel skills required

• Good communication and coordination abilities
